Check your eligibility

To qualify for a FAN, your company must meet at least one of these criteria:

Purchased or leased 5+ new vehicles (any manufacturer) for business use within the past 12 months
Owns or leases 5+ medium-duty trucks for business use
Owns or leases 15+ vehicles for business use

Gather documentation

You will need to provide the following for the application process:

Business contact information
Fleet composition details (fleet total, vehicle types, etc.)
Proof of insurance
Company vehicle titles or registrations
W-9 form
