Find out if your business qualifies for a Fleet Account Number (FAN), which unlocks exclusive fleet programs and incentives. To be eligible, your company must meet at least one of these criteria:
- Purchased or leased 5+ new vehicles (any manufacturer) for business use within the past 12 months
- Owns or leases 5+ medium-duty trucks for business use
- Owns or leases 15+ vehicles for business use
Gather documentation
You will need to provide the following documentation for the application process:
- Business contact information
- Fleet composition details (fleet total, vehicle types, etc.)
- Proof of insurance
- Company vehicle titles or registrations
- W-9 form
