The dealer, on behalf of the Fleet customer, will have the option of selecting the greater of the available Fleet incentive (FVX/FPP) or any one regional retail consumer cash incentive and/or (on out-of-stock deliveries) retail dealer cash incentive from the same region in effect at the time of delivery, plus $250 (FMT).

This program makes available, to qualified fleet customers, allowances on select 2009 model year General Motors vehicles sold and delivered to qualified rental, commercial, commercial leasing, and political subdivision fleet customers/users.

A qualified fleet customer/user is defined as any company that purchases and registers or leases five (5) or more new cars and/or trucks for use in its operations during the current or preceding model or calendar year or preceding twelve (12) month period or that owns or leases fifteen (15) or more cars and/or trucks for use in its operations.
A qualified fleet customer/user must have a General Motors fleet account number (GM FAN) to be eligible for any General Motors fleet incentive.
The qualified fleet user must be the customer who purchases/leases the vehicle directly from the General Motors dealer and who meets the 6 month in-service requirement.
All political subdivisions and public utilities are considered qualified fleet users.

In-service period: minimum six (6) months. If, however, a vehicle has been damaged beyond repair, i.e., fire, frame, or water damage, etc. and documentation is available to support the condition, this provision will be waived.

ORDERED UNITS
Units ordered with option FVX receive order date price protection (PRP) and the $ per unit listed below.
Any model listed about at $0 is not eligible for this program. Do not order FVX or apply for FPP on these models.
OUT OF STOCK UNITS
The same $ per unit by brand apply as listed above in the ordered units section. Out of stock units are not eligible for price protection (PRP).
Under this program, all deliveries to a Fleet Customer must be reported as Fleet.

Fleet orders must include a General Motors fleet account number and customer name of the GM FAN holder. In situations where the ordering entity is ordering on behalf of a fleet leasing company, using order type FLS, the order must include the unique GM FAN of both the fleet leasing company (primary) and the end user. FLS orders must also include the customer name of the end user.

All moneys paid that do not meet the program requirements will be charged back.
General Motors reserves the right to audit dealer records and disqualify any sales allowance in the event such sales do not meet the program guidelines. All moneys improperly paid will be charged back to the dealer.

Delivery reporting: Vehicles delivered to fleet customers must be reported with one of the following delivery types under this program. All deliveries to customers with a valid GM Fleet account number must be reported as fleet deliveries, regardless of order type.
