Air bags: driver and right-front passenger, frontal (Click here for important details)

Frontal air bags help protect the driver and right front-seat passenger in certain collisions by supplementing the protection provided by safety belts.

Always use safety belts and the correct child restraint for your child's age and size, even in vehicles equipped with air bags. Children are safer when properly secured in a rear seat in the appropriate infant, child or booster seat. Never place a rear-facing infant restraint in the front seat of any vehicle equipped with an active frontal air bag. See the vehicle Owner's Manual and child safety seat instructions for more information.

Battery: 600-cca, includes rundown protection and retained accessory power (RAP)

A feature that remembers when you don't. Battery-rundown protection automatically shuts off interior lights after the vehicle has been sitting with the engine off for a preset amount of time. Retained Accessory Power (RAP) is a feature that allows the audio system, power windows, OnStar and sunroof (if equipped), to be used for up to 10 minutes after the engine is turned off.

Brakes: four-wheel disc antilock

The antilock brake system (ABS) is designed to help drivers maintain steering control by reducing wheel lockup during hard braking on most slippery or dry surfaces.
