- GM vehicles are designed and built to resist corrosion. All body sheet metal components are warranted against rust-through corrosion for six years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first. Application of additional rust-inhibiting materials is not required under the corrosion coverage and none is recommended. Ask your dealer for terms of this limited warranty.
- GM Extended Maintenance Schedule.

- GM's extended maintenance schedule on certain items lets you go the distance and then keep going. Features include spark plugs designed to take you up to 100,000 miles before they are scheduled to be replaced. Certain fluids are designed to go an extended period of time before needing to be changed. Maintenance needs vary with different uses and driving conditions. When operated by an authorized driver, your GMC, when under warranty, can be towed to the nearest dealer at no additional charge. - This warranty is for GM vehicles registered in the U.S.A. Covered for 5 years/100,000 miles (whichever comes first): the complete vehicle, tires, towing to your nearest Saturn dealership, cosmetic corrosion defects and repairs made to correct any vehicle defect. There is no charge for most warranty repairs. Rust-through corrosion is covered for 6 years/100,000 miles. (whichever comes first)
