A. Yes, this offer is transferable to an individual residing in the same household as the NCAF member. However, this offer is not transferable to an employee or principal of your business, unless they reside in the same household. If eligibility is transferred to an individual residing in the same household, proof of member eligibility along with proof of residency (driver's license or state identification) must be provided along with member's driver's license to confirm same household.

A Qualified Fleet Customer/User is defined as any company or organization that purchases or leases five (5) or more new cars and/or trucks solely for use in its operations during the current or preceding model or calendar year or preceding twelve (12) month period, OR that owns or leases fifteen (15) or more cars and/or trucks solely for use in its operations. Qualified Fleet Customers are always determined by the ultimate users and the ongoing usage of the vehicles in their business operations. This principle applies to vehicles purchased from a General Motors Dealer or leased from a financial institution. All customers must meet the in-service requirements. A qualified fleet customer/user must have a General Motors Fleet Account Number (FAN) to be eligible for any General Motors fleet incentive. If you do not have a FAN number and qualify as a fleet, see your GM dealer who can verify your eligibility and apply for a FAN.
