Getting a FAN

Submit supporting documentation of your company's eligibility to a GM franchised dealer. GM Dealers will submit an application for a FAN on your behalf if you meet FAN requirements, via the web through GM GlobalConnect. Confirmation of FAN requests are sent to the requesting dealer via email. Supporting documentation will be retained by the dealer and made available to GM upon request.

The FAN remains in effect as long as a company meets the eligibility requirements set forth to be a General Motors fleet customer. GM FAN accounts are reviewed periodically for eligibility and may be terminated at GM's discretion.
