    Overview:

    Chevrolet Tahoe PPV is the right choice for law enforcement agencies with special needs/applications, offering an outstanding combination of utility, performance and fuel efficiency* that's ideal for HAZMAT, K9, Medical First Responder and tactical operations.

    The Tahoe PPV police vehicle features numerous elements designed with law enforcement in mind. Six-way power bucket cloth seats come standard for both the driver and passenger, as does a 60/40 vinyl rear bench seat, heavy duty floor covering, dual-zone climate control and front and rear air conditioning. Roof rail air bags with rollover sensor are standard. A 100-amp ignition and main electrical power supply is installed at both the instrument panel and in the cargo area, while both the heavy-duty suspension and auxiliary vented front brake rotors are police specific.

    Standard features include:

    • Front cloth bucket seats with driver 6-way power adjuster
    • 140-mph certified speedometer and Driver Information Center
    • Suspension and chassis developed for high speed emergency operations

Even in vehicles equipped with Passenger Sensing System, children are safer when properly secured in a rear seat in an appropriate infant, child or booster seat.
