Head-Up Display

The Head-Up Display (HUD) projects vehicle information onto the windshield just below the driver's line of sight where it is easy to see it without looking down and away from the road. The images are projected through the HUD lens on the driver side of the instrument panel. You can adjust the display's vertical position and brightness to suit you. HUD images include digital readouts for vehicle speed, selected gear, audio system information, high-beam indicator, compass, outside air temperature, turn signals, tachometer, vehicle messages, phone information and turn-by-turn information if the vehicle is equipped with a navigation radio. ZL1™ models also include a G-Force readout.

When the HUD is on, the speedometer reading is continually displayed. When other information is displayed, the size of the speedometer image is reduced. The current radio station will display briefly when you change the station. When the phone feature is activated, the HUD will briefly display any available phone information.
