Q1. Can you please explain this offer to me?

A. This program is a private offer to all members of the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC). There are three different levels for this private offer:

• $500 Passenger cars, sport utilities and the all new full-size pickup trucks
• $1000 All other pickup trucks
• $2000 Vans

Q2. Can I use this exclusive offer toward the purchase or lease of any new GM vehicle?

1. All 2008 model year new and unused GM passenger car and light-duty truck models, are eligible for this offer. This offer excludes Saab, Cadillac XLR, XLR-V and STS-V; Chevrolet Corvette; HUMMER H1; Saturn SKY and Pontiac Solstice. Additional GM models may be excluded from time to time at GM's sole discretion.
2. AGC members whose businesses qualify as a fleet are eligible for the National Fleet Purchase Program (FVX) or the Retail Alternative - plus $250 offer at time of delivery, in addition to the GM AGC private offer. See your dealer for details.
3. AGC members who are non-fleet commercial customers are eligible for most current retail incentives, plus this GM AGC private offer. See your dealer for current retail incentives. Vehicle must be used for business use.

Q3. What other incentives can be combined with this AGC private offer?

A. This private offer is in addition to most eligible business or consumer incentive programs in effect at time of vehicle delivery. The offer can be combined with most retail national and regional incentives, including GM Business Choice. AGC members whose businesses qualify as a fleet are eligible for National Fleet Purchase Program (FVX) or the Retail Alternative - plus $250 offer at time of delivery, in addition to this offer. This private offer cannot be combined with other private offers, cannot be used on prior purchases/leases, and may not be received as cash. Please see your dealer for details.

Q4. How do AGC members find out about this offer?

A. AGC has been provided program details and will communicate to its members. Dealers have been provided with an incentive bulletin containing full details.

Q5. How do I redeem this offer?

A. The AGC member must provide AGC membership card when ready to purchase or lease a vehicle.

Q6. I lost my AGC membership card. What should I do?

A. Contact your local AGC Chapter to obtain a replacement membership card. You can find contact information by going to www.agc.org and searching the local chapters for the one nearest you.

Q7. Can I use my GM Card earnings with this GM private offer?

A. Yes; but, the retail card can only be used on non-fleet commercial purchases. See your dealer for details.

Q8. Are GM employees eligible for this offer? Can this offer be combined with any GM employee discounts?

Q10. The offer lists passenger cars and light-duty trucks as eligible for the offer. Are vans and SUVs eligible, too?

A. Most pickups, vans and SUVs are considered light-duty trucks, which are all eligible. HUMMER H1 is not a light-duty truck and is; therefore, not eligible. See your dealer for details.

Q11. Are dealer demo and drivers´ training vehicles eligible under the GM AGC private offer?

A. Yes, as long as they have a minimum of 2500 miles and a maximum of 7500 miles.

Q12. When can I use this offer?

A. You must take delivery by December 31, 2008. Prior purchases or leases are not eligible.

Q13. I purchased an eligible vehicle prior to the announcement of the program. Can I still get the incentive?

A. No, prior purchases are not eligible.

Q14. May I order a vehicle and still use this private offer?

A. Yes, as long you take delivery by December 31, 2008.

Q15. Is this offer transferable?

A. No.

Q16. I have a fleet of vehicles for my business. Can I take advantage of this offer?

A. AGC members whose businesses qualify as a fleet are eligible for the National Fleet Purchase Program (FVX) or the Retail Alternative - plus $250 offer at time of delivery, in addition to the GM AGC private offer. See your dealer for details.

Q17. What are the requirements to be a GM Fleet customer?

A. A Qualified Fleet Customer/User is defined as any company or organization that purchases or leases five (5) or more new cars and/or trucks solely for use in its operations during the current or preceding model or calendar year or preceding twelve (12) month period, OR that owns or leases fifteen (15) or more cars and/or trucks solely for use in its operations. Qualified Fleet Customers are always determined by the ultimate users and the ongoing usage of the vehicles in their business operations. This principle applies to vehicles purchased from a General Motors Dealer or leased from a financial institution. All customers must meet the in-service requirements. A qualified fleet customer/user must have a General Motors Fleet Account Number (FAN) to be eligible for any General Motors fleet incentive. If you don't have a FAN number and qualify as a fleet, see your GM dealer who can verify your eligibility and apply for a FAN.

Q18. Do I have to finance or lease my new vehicle with GMAC?

A. No.

Q19. Can I redeem this offer for cash?

A. No.

Q20. Can I use this private offer to purchase or lease a vehicle outside the U.S.?

A. You must be a permanent resident of, and take delivery in, the continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Q21. Are there any tax advantages for my business if I acquire a vehicle?

A. You will need to check with your tax professional for advice.

Q22. How many vehicles may I purchase with the offer?

A. You may purchase as many vehicles as you want under this program, as long as you meet the eligibility requirements.

Q23. Can I buy some vehicles at one dealership and others at another dealership?

A. Yes.

Q24. Can I join the AGC today, in order to get the offer?

A. Contact your local AGC Chapter for membership guidelines.

Q25. Can I receive this discount from any GM Dealer?

A. This program is available through all participating U.S. GM Dealers and is voluntary on the part of each dealer. You should inform the dealer of your intention to use the GM AGC private offer during your first contact with the dealer. If your dealer elects not to participate, you may visit another GM Dealer.

Q26. How can I learn more about specific vehicles, features and prices?

Q27. Are upfitter equipment or dealer installed options covered by this offer?

A. No. Any additional upfitter or dealer installed options, conversion/upfit packages, and other extra-charge items will be supplied at a price agreed upon between the customer and the dealer.

GM AGC Member Private Offer - Dealer FAQs

Q1. Which Program Number should I refer to for this Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) program?

A. The administrative incentive message BAI20073234 (program number 08-36K) was sent on June 1, 2007. For the FVX program, please refer to administrative message BAI20073098-04, program number 08-01-4.

Q2. Will we receive manifest lists? Will they be on GM DealerWorld? When?

A. No, a dealer manifest list will not be available for this association.

Q3. What if a customer comes in and says that s/he lost their membership card?

A. The member will need to contact the local AGC chapter to obtain a replacement membership card.

Q4. Who else from the AGC is eligible for this offer?

A. AGC members only.

Q5. What if a customer comes in and wants to buy additional vehicles?

A. As long as the customer fulfills the proof of membership requirements, they can purchase or lease additional vehicles. You must include a copy of the membership card in the deal jacket for audit purposes.
